    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Were you using Nvidia Frame Generation prior to the patch? If you were, does turning it off improve your FPS or make it worse?

    Also, we are aware of the issue with faction rewards and are investigating.

    With nvidia frame generation off it reaches that number with it on i get less like 80 -72

    Please provide the some additional details regarding the issue with framerate:

    • Whether this happens every match or only sometimes
    • A short video showing the framerate drops
    • If you are on PC, can you provide us with a copy of your DxDiag? You can copy and paste it over on PasteBin and provide us with the link.

    Please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here.

    when im in the lobby or main menu i reach 120 around there but when i load into a game i drop to around 80+, and on my laptop its even worse same specs as my desktop but a laptop
