The bot has a bug in the contract

During the run//hide quest 6/6, we got a bot stuck in the wall and it wouldn't move. As I understood from the information on the internet, you need to destroy all the bots. As a result, we just got stuck in a locked room.

    We understand you encountered an issue with the Run/Hide 6/6 contract. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact of such an issue. Should you experience this again, please reply with the following details and we'll investigate:

    • The date you first experienced this issue on.
    • A breakdown of any steps which reproduce this issue.
    • While the screenshot is helpful, linked video footage which demonstrates how you reproduced this and the experience would be ideal.

    Unfortunately, there is no video recording, and the situation only happened once. After opening the locked door, waves of bots started spawning. After clearing them out, the barriers remained in place. After searching the area, we found this bot stuck inside the wall. Most likely, it was the same bot that prevented the barriers from being removed.

    The screenshot shows the exact location where it got stuck: Processing , first floor, near the exit leading outside.

    The incident occurred on 17.07.2026, approximately 11 minutes before I contacted support.
