Marathon Deluxe Edition - still no access to the base game
I purchased Marathon Deluxe Edition on the PlayStation Store on June 4, before the product description was corrected.
PlayStation Support confirmed that my purchase was made before the description was changed and advised me to contact Bungie to receive access to the Marathon base game.
I contacted Bungie Support on June 12. They replied on June 18 asking whether I had received access to the base game. I confirmed on June 19 that I still had not received access, but I haven’t received any further response since then.
It’s now been almost a month since my purchase, and I still don’t have access to the base game.
Is there any update on when eligible players can expect to receive access? Has anyone else received it yet?

Same here. I’ve lost hope.
I was able to get the game via PlayStation support chat, it did take 7 or 8 different agents for someone to help though
That is promising. Problem is PlayStation support has been unable to connect me to a live agent the last 3 days I’ve tried because they’re too busy lol
It can’t be that hard to credit someone or give out a code for the base game. Especially when Sony owns Bungie and both sides have said this’ll be fixed multiple times
I contacted PlayStation Support again today by phone. They still say this has to be resolved by Bungie and sent me back to the publisher again. I honestly don’t understand why this is taking so long. I’d just like a clear update on what’s going on or when this will be fixed.
I also wasn’t able to connect with a PlayStation Support chat agent, even though I was told over the phone that chat support is currently working and receiving requests.
