Unknown sequence of interactions causes gun reload to stop working

Not sure if it's because I looted mid-heal or because I picked up a new weapon that went into the secondary slot, but you can see the reload animation "jam up". It fixed itself after switching weapons.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • What you were doing right before this happened
    •  The exact order of actions right before it broke?
    • Also, did you still have ammo, and did swapping weapons always fix it if it happened more than once?

    Date and time: 6/28, ~7:00am EST
    Doing right before: healing and picking up items
    Exact order: Begin shield charge use animation -> pick up a retaliator LMG before the animation finishes (the LMG went into my secondary weapon slot) -> reload
    Still had ammo. Only happened once, and swapping weapons did fix it.
