Cryo Archives - Only spawned in with one teammate.

Yesterday at around 9PM EST I partnered with a teammate (can provide ID privately upon request.)  It was just the two of us so we had Crew Fill turned on as mandated by the game.

But after taking an unusually long time to load in that hour, only the two of us spawned.  Upon seeing our contracts while loading in, there was no third player. Funny enough, we did really well and won a 2v3 fight, but we got overwhelmed by the next time.  I lost some really nice equipment tailored for Triage, especially a blue Zeus.  Is it possible to get a refund on my gear for me and him?

This bug will make or break my continuation of Season 2.

    • Your Platform
    • Any video or screenshots showing that you loaded into Cryo as a duo instead of a trio?

    If you have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.

  • Unfortunately no.  It did not happen this weekend, so if it happens again, I will take a screenshot.
