Did not get rewards after reaching level 100

I didn't receive my rewards for hitting level 100 last night. Is there anything I can do to get the rewards?

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    First, have you tried fully closing and relaunching Marathon to see if you received your rewards?

    If this doesn't help, please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Were you able to click on and redeem the codex?
    • A short video showing that codex entry is completed and that you are missing rewards

    Please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
