Deluxe Edition access

My free trial ended today, so I was locked out of the game. I went to purchase it and it showed “Standard” for $39.99 or “Deluxe” for $20. Both included the base game, so I opted for the latter. I’ve been charged and sent a receipt that the purchase went through, but now I can’t play OR access the game. I saw that this is a known issue, but I have no idea where to resolve this. Please advise!
