Exfil not syncing up with final exfil and lost compiler completion for setinal
Speedster2112#5495. Occurred around 4am on Saturday.
Can see link from teammate who exfilled that they did not touch the exfil.

Can see on my video that we successfully killed compiler and had 5 clearance. We expected the exfil we hit after compiler room to sync with final exfill as it always has in the past. However this did not occur and cost us as we were not aware of this bug and did not exfil. I’m assuming this change was not intentional and this is a bug and would like to be awarded the compiler completion for the sentinel.

FYI, I ran it back later and I was able to beat compiler while on sentinel and exfil. Now my question would be if I can get any of the loot that I lost on the attempt provided by the video showing where I was 5 clearance and killed compiler but was unable to exfil due to the bug explained above

Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
Just to confirm, I lost everything in that run because of a bug/glitch on bungies end? If that’s true, I'm quitting
Bungie are you even going to try to rectify this? If you’re going to stay silent it just shows your character as a studio is one of indifference and carelessness. I paid 40$ for this game and have bough each battle pass and also bought coin for the store. If you can’t fix issues with the player base that interacts the most with this game you will lose players to other studios who show appreciation to their player base. This is not a secret and I don’t understand how you guys don’t understand that yet. I wish you luck bungie, I really hope Sony does not fire you but in the end if you can’t make functional games or fix mistake you guys make then the studio deserves what Sony will soon do.
Can’t believe I spent all this time recording the vids and sending them to YouTube and making these posts just so you can turn around and say there is nothing I can do to restore the loot you lost. Like what was the point in that if you ain’t going to restore my loot. Bungie peaked in halo and lost all of its good personal after that. I wonder if you can change my mind or are you accepting that statement? Not saying anything would be accepting my statement
