It’s the purple backpack from the rewards pass. I redeemed it with silk and it does not show up in my vault. You want a video of my vault?
if you show a video of you redeeming the purple backpack and not going into your vault, we could escalate this issue.
I already redeemed it and it didn’t go into the vault how would I redeem it again? This makes absolutely no sense.
I clearly will no longer be spending any more money in the game store. Thank you for showing me clearly how bungie handles their customers who are willing to spend money on the game and are plagued with bug issues to only be met with what I can only describe as insanity.
I have since acquired multiple purple backpacks from dire marsh sponsored runs. A video would show those and make it seem like it was redeemed. It’s nonsense to ask for a video. This is the system we are working with? Make a video and show us? I spent plenty on this game so far I deserve a little more than make a video and upload it to YouTube so I can have an issue resolved. How about sell me a game that isn’t full of bugs and broken. I am coming to understand why there is so much anamosity online for this game. It stems from a complete lack of responsibility from game developers and a willingness to help out PAYING customers wit issues. This is lazyness and utter disregard to take responsibility and/or action. How about escalate the situation anyway?!
