Missing Twitch Drop Claimed Before Account Linking
Hello Bungie Support,I am missing a Marathon Twitch drop that I accidentally claimed on Twitch before my Bungie account was fully linked.I have since linked my accounts, and new Twitch drops are appearing instantly, but the older drop remains missing. It is marked as "Claimed" in my Twitch Inventory but does not show up on my Bungie Partner Rewards page or in-game.Can you please manually verify and push the missing items to my profile?Bungie Name: [BN#9471

Thanks for reaching out.
While there was previously an issue affecting the latest batch of Twitch Drops, a fix was implemented yesterday, so the issue should be resolved. Could you check if you indeed are still missing the Drops in question in-game? Note that you may have to filter by Owned in order to get them to appear.

I know this is still not resolved as I have had 2 instances so far where I claimed the reward (today). One was before I linked twitch (of which I haven’t received yet), and another after I linked. The ones that I claimed after were instantly shown on the partner rewards page on bungie.net. The only one that hasn’t shown up is the one I claimed on twitch before I linked the accounts.

Our records appear to indicate the Transmit Engine skin is now unlocked on your account. If it's still missing, then please consider using your platform's share feature to take screenshots or capture a videoclip which demonstrates this. If you record visuals, you can then upload them to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and link us to them here. We'll then investigate.
