Did not receive the 7 Sponsored Kits for June 2 disruption

Hello, on June 2 I logged in to play and was one of the users affected by the connection disruption, being disconnected mid-run and losing loot I brought in and gained.  Based on the X post, Sponsored Kits are being added to affected players' mailboxes, but nothing about it has appeared in my mailbox.  All I see in my mailbox is a message about new Bungie Rewards available for purchase.

Marathon Development Team on X: "We know today's disrupted runs, contracts, and time you planned to spend in Marathon. To help make up for that disruption, we'll be sending anyone who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT) 7 Sponsored Kits to your in-game mailbox, split into two messages:

I certainly did play during the described time, as I have screenshots dated 6:20 PM ET which is 3:20 PM PT, and I had disrupted runs.

Would it be possible to receive the sponsored kits?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The kits should appear in your mailbox in two separate messages. If you're not seeing them, please try restarting Marathon and they should appear. If they still don't show up, though, please let us know!

  • Hello, thank you for responding.  I still do not see any other messages in my mailbox, so they still don't show up.  I have restarted Marathon and my PC several times, too.  What could I try next?
