UI Elements Missing While Superior Mini Jammer Chip Equipped In Loadout Screen

Reproduction Steps

Equip any weapon in the loadout screen with superior mini jammer. this will cause weirdness with hovering over other chips in any screen. This occurs during a run as well. While recording for the video I noticed it occurs with Feather Mag too.
