​Lost all my gear and Level 75 milestone reward due to server freeze

Hello Bungie Support Team, ​I am contacting you because I completely lost my important Level 75 milestone reward (the purple Sponsor Kit, including the purple shield) due to the severe server issues and instance freezes yesterday evening (Tuesday, June 2nd). ​What happened: I successfully claimed the Sponsor Kit for reaching Level 75 and equipped the gear (including the purple shield) for a match. Shortly after the match started, the entire server instance completely froze. Both my character and my teammate were entirely unable to move (server freeze). Due to this unpreventable disconnect/freeze mid-combat, the match was counted as a loss, and my freshly equipped milestone gear is now permanently gone. ​Since this was a fixed reward for a hard-earned account milestone, and the loss was clearly caused by the official server instabilities at the launch of Season 2, I kindly ask you to review my account status. ​Is it possible to manually re-issue this specific Level 75 Sponsor Kit or the purple shield to my Postmaster? ​Thank you very much for your help and support during this chaotic launch phase! ​Best regards,
