Question about Season 2 - Codex unlocks for returning Season 1 veterans

First, as others have mentioned, I only had VIP rewards for MIDA and Seciguchi even though I hit VIP for all factions.  So, add my name to the list of people with that issue.

My actual question for this post is regarding the Codex entries within the category "RETURNING PLAYERS".  Upon my first successful login today I was given the following new Codex unlocks...

• LEVEL 10 VETERAN
• LEVEL 25 VETERAN
• LEVEL 50 VETERAN
• LEVEL 75 VETERAN

I ended Season 1 having reached Level 120.  I have the "Seasoned Veteran" trophy unlocked for my account.  I'm wondering about these Level XX unlocks.  Should I have also received a Prestige unlock for LEVEL 100 Veteran?  It seems suspicious to me that this is missing.  I am drawing the conclusion and assuming that since there are these other unlocks for 10, 25, 50, and 75, that most certainly the devs would also include a reward for reaching level 100.

Can someone please let me know one way or the other.  Thx.
