Can no longer play the game, thanks bungie

I have over 100 hours of the game from season 1, I clearly paid for the game, in fact, I bought two copies. One for me and one for my wife on ps5. We were looking forward to trying season 2 but Bungie decided that South Africans don't deserve servers so when the game picks up we have 170+ ping it now just kicks us. We can't even search for a match. I brought this up that we didn't have servers when the game had it's server slam and was told to put it on the discord where it was obviously ignored and now my game is unplayable. A game I paid for. I'm considering seeking legal counsel as this feels like something against my consumer rights so I will explore what avenues I can take but needless to say, not happy =). Attached an image for proof but I'm sure that will do nothing.
