I didn't receive Cryo skin for first clear

So, I finally got the chance and did the compiler last night for the first time, with the whole lobby. It was an incredible experience! My teammate had the clearance to get in, and I opened the door to the room. I also can confirm I did at least some damage to the compiler, yet I received no skin for the achievement.
