Killed Compiler w/ Vandal & Organic 8 Man, My Team All Got Codex and Skin, I did Not

Hello Bungie, I previously killed Compiler once six weeks ago with my Medic with someone else who had the subroutines, got the main codex caps and Medic skin then. I’ve been grinding hard to get my subroutines, finally got all six done yesterday. Had the goal to get another kill in before the wipe to get my Vandal skin. I had saved 5 DNA cards to run. My team brought the DNA access card, did the things, invited 2 other teams to join us, and all went in to fight the compiler. I used one of the panels to bring down his invincibility, was in the green bubble shooting at him and his green balls, shot him in the head and chest, but got knocked off the platform before he died (I did not go down). When he died I was close enough to get hit by his blast, but not close enough to die (I took damage). I interacted with his body afterwards, and we opened the level 5 vault, left (successful exfil with all 8 players) with goop, and the other two members of my squad got their first kill codex caps and skins, but I did NOT get my vandal codex cap or skin. Played a few more rounds last night, hoped it would cap late, it didn’t, logged in again this morning, no cap. This bogus. This is an extremely challenging encounter on multiple levels, and while it’s fun, is really stressful for literally no reason if YOUR game doesn’t work. Please investigate and correct (I didn’t get a video, but multiple team members got a screen grab of all of us before we exfilled). The members of my squad who did get their codex and skins were R_SQUAR3D56#8682 and Franklotion666#5066. You should be easily able to investigate based on this information provided and reconcile my cap. If you’re going to make a product that is very challenging for specific high level rewards gated behind hours upon hours of farming, grinding, keys and gates, gankers, and “puzzles,” when players actually do complete it they should 100% get the cap 100% of the time. I may also consider opting out if this isn’t fixed. I’m a completionist and like doing the random things for titles and flashy skins. However when I have to spend the amount of time and effort needed to get the subroutines, do the things, grind, get ganked constantly, finally do the thing, am successful, and don’t get credit, What’s the point? It calls into question how many other things that I’ve done successfully many times but didn’t get the cap, and whether there is any reason to keep trying or playing if you aren’t going back in to reconcile your bugs. The “kill three hostiles with a suppressed weapon without being eliminated” one comes to mind (but was much less time and effort to do this. I only got it a month ago, despite trying to get it done for two months before hand, and got it the first time after you patched your bug that I took out a suppressed weapon that morning. How many other things have I been beating my head against a wall over to do, that I have in fact done, but not been awarded credit? I main Assassin but somehow have not “defeated 3 runners quickly inside smoke” at Level 274 with 750 hours logged? Or is this also bugged. Should I keep trying? Or will it be reconciled once you correct your errors? You get my point. I’d like my skin and Vandal codex cap for my effort thank you.
