Did the Compiler but didn't receive the skin or the codex entry

Completed the compiler finally on the last day of the season and didn't get the skin or the codex entry but I got the magnum skin for extracting the ganglion. My duo got the skin but I didn't. We've been grinding it the last 2 days of the season and finally got to completing it and yet no skin on top of not being able to get the diamond bully skin cause we we're gate kept by cheaters playing at 2 am during ranked this is very frustrating.
