Killed compiler but no codex entry or triage skin
Killed compiler with two other squads and didn’t receive cryo triage skin (one of my teammates got theirs and the other did not). I have video of the whole fight as well

Thanks for the report.
We're aware of reports where Compiler takedowns are not granting the expected rewards, including Codex entries and skins.
We're currently investigating these reports further.
same thing happened to me, both my teammates got the skin, i did not.
i posted proof but bungie has not approved my post

If you are able to replicate the issue or encounter it again, please use your platform’s capture button to take a video or screenshots. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube or Imgur, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
Additional footage of the issue occurring can be extremely helpful when investigating reports like this, so any recordings you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
