Exfil but still died
The match timer was zero but the exfil still has 3 seconds to go, the animation went through but it still counted as a death. Is this a bug or a mechanic? If it was a bug, is there a way to review the match and I can have my stuff back? lol

Thank you for the report. We're seeing a rise in reports about this occurring when exfiltrating with less than 10 seconds remaining and are currently investigating.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
