Didnt receive my cryo skin
Hi,
I am submitting a ticket regarding missing unlocks for the Compiler skins.
I have successfully completed the Compiler encounter three separate times, each with a different role:
- Recon
- Thief
- Triage
However, I only received the Triage skin, while the Recon and Thief skins were not unlocked, despite meeting all requirements.
I have included video proof of the completions, including exfil:

- Verification of these completions
- Manual unlocking of the Recon and Thief skins on my account

I also didn’t receive my cryo skin today. I completed it twice on my assassin and nothing popped up please help.
i have not received mine after completing compiler on destroyer today (ganglion in my vault for proof). brought a dna access, led an entire lobby, did all the quest steps myself, and did most of the work for the fight (puzzles, emp, damage) and it seems we all had scattered skins received after by teams. only one of my teammates was granted the skin where as me (key holder and leader of quest, and my other teammate did not receive credit for the kill or the skin on our runner shells. if there’s a way to have this skin added to the accounts of those that were in the lobby with us and myself, that would outstanding
