Did not receive Server Slam rewards

• Platform: Steam, PlayStation 5
• Description of Issue: Hello, I recently bought Marathon on Steam and after logging in, realized that I did not receive the Server Slam rewards (emblem and profile background) despite having reached the level 10 milestone, I should also say that I played the Server Slam on PS5, I do however have Cross Save set up for both of these platforms and have had it since around the time Destiny 2 moved from Battle.net to Steam, but was wondering if playing the Open Preview on one platform and buying the full game in another could have anything to do with it.
