Missing Breach Protocol Emblem and Background

Hi, I completed all introductory missions during the beta and never received my breach protocol emblem and reward. I can prove my play time and I also took part in every possible alpha available. I have every limited emblem and background except for these two and the ARG ones for some reason and it said I completed both. If you have any suggestions, please help. Thank you!
