Game crashes in cryo
My team and I were playing a game in cryo and running our best loot. mid fight the marathon servers kicked my two teammates and caused them die. Can we get our gear refunded????

Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear your teammates encountered a crash during a run. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
