SekGen Contract Co-Evolution [3/5] last step stuck after exfil started

- Description of Issue - After killing 8/18 UESC, I started an exfil but did not exit in it. After that, my progress of killing bots stopped. Tried many different types of bots but none counted after that exfil left.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 4/17/26 8am
- Repro steps - Complete the first 2 steps. Start an exfil. Do not exit in it. Try to continue killing bots.
