Pacesetter Title Challenge "Heist Crew" Not registering

- Description of Issue - Codex challenge "Heist Crew" for the Pacesetter Title is not completing
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 4/15/26 ~3 PM EST and 4/16 3 AM EST

Repro steps: First game entered perimeter with random crew, hacked and looted the "Secured Resources" in game event and container, which spawned at Station. We were killed and exited the game. Codex did not complete.
2nd game, loaded into Perimeter with a premade team. The container spawned at Overflow. Teammate hacked the container, all 3 of us in the crew looted the container. We successfully exfilled. None of us received credit for the codex entry. No link to share

The same thing happened to my crew (Container spawned at South Relay; we hacked it, looted it, and exfil'd and no one got credit).
There are other reports on the Discord of others also not getting credit for "Heist Crew".
Same thing happened to me, looted the container in overflow and did not unlock the thing.
I had the same issue.
As a 3 premade teammate crew, we hacked the one in overflow, everyone looted the box and we emptied the box.
Succesfully exfiled.
