Locked in someone's quest
Hello,
There is currently no contact form to submit bug reports and a process for claiming out gear back due to bugs on your end. I have attached a video of the bug happening.
TLDR; We looted a weapon room in Processing, Outpost. Not sure why the room locked, due to our quest or someone else's quest but we had no way to get out and were stuck for over 5mins; there was nothing to interact with in the room we were stuck in. With these shields not dropping.
Could you send this to the respective teams and ensure we get our gear back. Some feedback, these shielded rooms should remove their barriers with 2mins left on the clock, as otherwise there is no way to get out.
