Bug - Steam Recording - Audio Channels missing

This is the only game I've played that has issues with Steam Game Recording.

The videos I record with it are missing music and enemy Sound effects (gunfire, footsteps, alts, etc)

Steam is the main way I record clips on PC so that it uses less of my computers resources than OBS or Xbox Game Bar while still recording at 4K 60p in H265
