Lower than expected performance + specs

Specs: RTX 3060 12gb, 5800XT, 32gb 3600mhz DDR4, 1tb NVMe SSD, 1080p Display, W11 Version 591.86 Nvidia Drivers. Runs around 80-90 fps capped at 144 on both Perimeter and Dire Marsh, with graphical settings making little to no difference. DLSS - Balanced and all Medium settings felt the same as DLSS - Performance and all Low settings. Did not check GPU & CPU utilization as I played last minute, though I would imagine I have high CPU and low GPU utilization like most.
