Weapon Ammo Economy

The largest issue with the npc enemies my group had was the ammo cost to kill vs. the chance of UESC bots dropping more. It feels punishing enough that fighting bots burns up ammo and reveals your position but gaining nothing from it sucks. Bots should drop ammo for the weapon they were using pretty much everytime even if a small amount to pay you back for the investment in fighting them off.
