Black screen tied to exiting LOADOUT tab in loadout menu

- Description of Issue - When exiting the LOADOUT tab in the general loadout menu (so main menu, not in-game), all HDMI connections disconnect leaving both my monitors with a black screen, saying there is no connection to my PC. Reconnecting the hdmi cables does not fix it. Display never returns, unless I hard reboot my PC, and this seems to happen consistently specifically when exiting the inventory menu. Hdmi seems to have no issues outside of this. It looks like this *only* happens in the loadout tab, and does not happen if I exit through any other tab like VAULT or ARMORY
- Rough Date and Time of issue - only today (2/28), has not happened at all yesterday (2/27)
- Repro steps - From the LOADOUT tab in the loadout menu, press ESC/return to main menu. I have two HDMI outputs, the main one is to a 1440p monitor, and the other is to an HDMI splitter that splits between a 1440p (drawing tablet) or 1080p monitor (TV).

- For reference, in the linked image, only exiting from the displayed tab causes this, the other tabs seem safe
