Marathon server slam PC performance

Specs: • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 • GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2060 • RAM: HyperX 16 GB DDR4 CPU usage is on the higher side while gpu seems to not be fully utilized. On lowest settings I range from 70-50 fps. 50-60 in gun fights or certain areas which is quite unfortunate. Hoping full release can be optimized better
