Game laggin even when launching.
When I am starting the game its going like stop motion animation. If i put it in widowed mode and move the cursor out of the window it runs smoothly as normal. But the second i touch the window with the cursor, its stop moting lagging again. Cant really find any fixes for this thing. My device should handle the game easily.

We understand that you're experiencing some lag when you launch Marathon. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact this may have had. If you haven't yet done so, then you may wish to update your drivers, to see if that alleviates this lag.

I am having this exact issue as well.
I downloaded the game and this has been my experience since first trying to launch it. I have not been able to successfully access the game at all.

Please forgive the person singing karaoke in the background. I wanted to leave the sound in so you can hear when I click off of the window (which causes the game to run normally) and then when I click back into the window (which instantly causes the stop motion issue the op explained)....

I think I figured it out, in case anyone else ends up here with this problem.
Make sure you have your windows display set to the exact same refresh rate as you have set in the Nvidia control panel. Fixed it for me
