I am also experiencing this bug. GPU is "AMD Radeon RX 9070". Driver is at latest version, 26.2.2.
This also happens to the blur effect on Assassin and Ghost invisibility. I will try to get a screenshot of this if I can.
I also see this issue. 9070 XT as well and on 26.2.2
'Nother 9070 (non-xt) here, same driver version, same bug. (Two different days, one you can also see the crazy 100% CPU usage. (i7-12700k)
I had the same issue. 9070 that I got for marathon. I literally had wall hacks on invis bots and presumably players
