Hey I am having the same issue it's just saying I need to activate permissions to invite people to communicate in game. I am not a child. I don't have account permissions

We previously launched a mandatory "date of birth" for bungie accounts. Players who input a date younger than 13 years old will be restricted from certain features like text chat.
