Lost 2 gold bully guns I lent to friend. My borrowed items were not returned after successful exfil.

I lost my 2 bullies and they are not in the mail - i have had no issues lending my friend guns in the past. please give me back my gear this is very unfair as i had to trade my ganglions for these ...
