    I was indeed holding the X button. I also double checked my controller settings - Y and X are not being used for different inputs or being doubled up on.

    Self-Revive causing death

    I am not able to reproduce it but I can capture it if/when it happens again and share a link. I also have died when completing a self-revive on 2 separate occasions as well - both with no explanat...

    This has happened to me 2-3 times as well. Hoping it gets fixed without requiring uploading footage to YouTube.

    Dying instantly without being downed

    I have been killed a few times now where I just instantly die versus becoming downed. Is this an intended mechanic?
