Bug Report - Not lootable body bag

Due to some of the geometry on outpost with the large wires, after I finished a player, his body bag was clearly visible but not lootable

Lost gear due to stuck

I got stuck in a corner on Outpost and lost my loadout. Is there any way to get my gear back? Also, pls fix. Attached video of spot, my gear and me dying due to end of match https://youtu.be/WNHs...
