    I had the same issue, thinking it's an issue with it spawning too close to the shutter and overriding the interact. It has a random spawn so you just have to get lucky...

    Unable to grab second coordinate data pad

    Followed the map to the second data pad that another player had picked up. They died and the data pad dropped under their bag with no way to grab it. Emptied their pack and still no dice.
