Update: I think I have a theory for what is occurring and may have a solution. For whatever reason it seems that the main menu, lobby loading screen, and the cradle menu all have their framerates...

Made the same post a few hrs ago. For some reason the Main Menu overclocks the fan so it starts sounding like it's going to fly off. Really bizarre considering it ONLY happens in the main menu. Eve...
