    Locked in Cryo 3 vault (Pump Creds)

    Leaving Cryo Vault 3 got us trapped in the vault exit vent - lost the AI subroutine lost  50k loot.  and my sanity that my run ends locked in a vent

    I just got my first Pump 3 key access and I go to leave and I get locked in a double vent door and cannot get out of it.  Lost all my loot - we cleared the lobby except teh team that went to Compil...

    stuck in right click

    guns were stuck in ADS and i couldnt use any abilities  and found a key on my run too - dumped it to the randoms i was with as another team pushed and i was useless
