    Key template progress reset

    After completing a deluxe (blue) key template "Complete Secured Resource Events" and exfilling, progress was reset instead of granting a key.

    I think this might be intended? I noticed during season 1 that gold items in the shop were also at 3 traces, so I thought they just wanted to limit high-value items.
