Codex doesn't award points from unlocks

Have noticed since the start of Season 2 that while some codex entries have been completed they are either missing or the counter doesn't update, i assume the counter doesnt also update for the totality of the codex (the counter visible in main menu). Here is one example:

I ended Season 1 at 255 levels but the level 100 reward is missing, this isn't the only entry missing, if you want i can provide all entries missing that either weren't awarded or are missing outright.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your platform and whether Cross Save is enabled.
    • The complete list of Codex entries that are missing or not updating.
    • A video showing the Codex count and the missing entries, including the full Returning Players section.
    • The approximate date you reached Season Level 100 or higher in Season 1. If you have any videos or screenshots from Season 1 showing your rank, please share that as well.
    • The name of the Level 100 reward, plus a screenshot showing that it is not available to claim or present in your account inventory, if applicable.
    • Whether the issue persists after restarting the game and revisiting the Codex, and whether you attempted to claim the reward.

    。Reached lvl 100 approximately april 2nd during Season 1 and ended Season 1 at lvl 255, screenshots below along with rewards (im fairly certain this is the lvl 100 milestone reward, i also remember getting a prestige sneak pack as well):

    。Name of reward is "Level 100 veteran" visible in the video. Note that in -> Career -> milestones, it shows how i have completed the entry: "Reach season level 100 during Season 1" but the reward for the lvl 100 veteran in returning players section is missing.

    。The issue has been there since early Season 2, i always though it was a known issue that would get resolved in time but hasn't as of yet. It has persisted until now and continues to do so, it hasn't been resolved after restarting the game all this time. I don't remember the lvl 100 veteran entry ever appearing.
