Description: "command console"-esque model at bottom of Vault 4, the player is able to get stuck behind it. Unable to move or vault over, was stuck for remainder of run. Will include screenshot of location.
Rough Date and Time: Roughly between Aug 15 2026 and Aug 18 2026
Recreate: Player either falls behind the console or vaults over it into the left corner. I think my teammate fell from the railway above and got stuck. Player was playing as Assassin.
