Missing Purple Backpack from Saved Loadout After Using a Sponsored Kit
I used a Sponsored Kit, played a match, and upon successful exfil all items in Saved Loadout were returned to Overflow except for Purple Backpack. I saw on reddit another person with the exact same issue. Please send me back the backpack.

If you encounter this again, please use your platform's capture button to take a video. If you already have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
Just happened again and I lost a Blue Backpack. Same exact thing. Used a Sponsored Kit, All items went to Saved Loadout, Upon successful Exfil and return all items send to Saved Loadout were returned except the Backpack. Please fix this and return the items.

The same bug occurred again this time with losing a Blue 16XS Ammo Pack.
I equipped the Free Daily Sponsored Kit. All currently equipped items were transferred to Saved Loadout. I was able to successfully dismantle the now equipped Free Daily Sponsored Kit and get all previously equipped items Loadout Restored as normal. I reequipped the Free Daily Sponsored Kit and went into a match. I forget if I was Rook or Trio Fill. I successfully extracted with multiple items with I believe an almost full non-compromised backpack. *Speculation: Is it possible that equipping a non-compromised backpack during a match somehow displaces the Saved Loadout equipped backpack upon succesful exfil? Upon return to the Menu screen I checked my Overflow Items and saw everything in the Saved Loadout is there EXCEPT the equipped Blue 16XS Ammo Pack. See attached photos for evidence of missing backpack and sequence of events.
*** For the record this is the 3rd instance of this bug occurring. These started after the latest 1.1.5 Update Can I please have the missing BackPacks emailed to my account please?
Here is a list:
1x Purple 24XS Base Pack
1x Blue 16XS Base Pack with Favored Trait
1x Blue 16XS Ammo Pack
Note: I am sorry but I do not have a video. If you could recommend a video capture software I will try to get a video next time. I am on Steam. I do have some screen grabs see attached.
