  Thank you for the updated video link. Please forgive me for the delayed response. Could you please let me know if this was a one-off issue, or are you unable to open the loot bag every time your defeat the Warden?

  Yeah that was the only time I've ran into that problem, the rest of the runs were fine

  Also neither of my teammates couldn't loot it
