Urgent: Review Request - False Ban due to Coordinated Harassment Campaign (Ticket 466842)
Hello Bungie Support,
I am writing on behalf of a clan mate who has been recently banned. We strongly believe this is a "false positive" triggered by a coordinated mass-reporting campaign and the submission of manipulated clips.
Context of the situation:
Recently, a former member of our clan was caught cheating and subsequently removed from our community (and later banned by Bungie). In retaliation, this individual and a small group of players have launched a targeted hate campaign against us. They have openly stated their intent to abuse the reporting system to get our legitimate players banned.
Key points:
Mass Reporting: The ban followed a surge of reports from this specific group of players within a very short timeframe.
Manipulated Evidence: We believe they submitted clips out of context to mislead the Security Team.
Appeal Submitted: A formal appeal has already been filed under Ticket ID: 466842.
In the ticket, we have provided (or are ready to provide) evidence of this harassment, including the IDs of the players involved and documentation of their coordination.
We kindly ask a Community Manager or a member of the Security Team to perform a manual review of this case to ensure that the reporting system wasn't weaponized for a personal vendetta. We respect Bungie’s commitment to game security and only wish to ensure that a fair player isn't penalized due to malicious activity from others.

If your friend's account has incurred a ban, then the way to contact our Security team about it is through the Appeal Ban or Restriction Contact Form.
If they have already submitted a ticket, they have done all that they can, and will need to wait for a response. Ban appeals are not conducted on the forums.
