Got kicked cuz of maintenance and loose all loot
I got into run (around 9 at 2+), played for several minutes and after that was kicked out. When I tried to get into my account, I had a messages that right now is maintenance, so game is unavailable. When I log in after 3 hours, I got a screen of the last run that said that I loose all my stuff (while my teammates exfiled).

I’m sorry to hear you were removed from the run and lost your loot.
Based on what you described, it sounds like the interruption may have happened while maintenance or server availability was affecting the game.
While we aren’t able to manually restore lost loot, Marathon does have an automated recovery system that can return gear lost to some server-side errors. Please note that this system does not cover losses caused by local connection issues or client-side problems.
If the loss was caused by a qualifying server-side issue, any eligible recovery would be handled automatically. Support is not able to manually add the items back.
