Exfil Instantly Activated with 15 seconds left on Timer

While fighting players over a guarded exfil we downed the players and then my friend approached the Exfil to extract. The guarded exfil was activated before final exfil but by the time my friend walked into it there was about 15 seconds left on the timer for final exfil. The timer showed 15 seconds until matter transfer however when my teammate walked into the exfil it instantly went to 0:00 and exfiltrated him immediately. I was then left behind without being able to extract. Below is a video showing around the time when the exfil initially activated up to when the exfil happened. Note towards the end how the timer goes from 15 seconds for exfil to 0:00 the second the other player enters it.
