High gpu usage in main menu

Hello,

I am experiencing unusually high GPU usage while in the main menu.

  • In the main menu, GPU utilization stays close to 100%, causing significantly higher temperatures than expected.
  • CPU usage is around 50% during this time.
  • GPU usage drops to normal levels only when I open the Inventory or Vault screens.
  • During actual gameplay, this issue does not occur.
  • Graphics settings are set to medium

    Please check the following:

    • Make sure the game is using your dedicated GPU
    • Review your graphics and display settings, including any frame rate cap or V-Sync options
    • Reset your graphics configuration to let the game detect settings again
    • Temporarily disable any overlays, monitoring tools, or capture software and test again

    If the issue continues after trying those steps, please let us know and include any changes you notice after testing.

    Hi. Thanks for the response, but none of these steps helped. I’ve already tried resetting the graphics configuration, toggling V-Sync, playing with frame rate caps, and turning off all background overlays/monitoring tools. The issue persists.
    To be absolutely clear: this is not a problem with my system specs or me pushing the graphics settings too high.
    There is a blatant optimization bug within the game's UI rendering:
    1. When I open the Vault or Arsenal tabs, the GPU load stays at a completely normal 50% (at 2560x1080 with a 200 FPS cap).
    2. The moment I switch to the Main Menu, Lobby, or other tabs, the GPU usage instantly spikes х2 times, even if I drop the resolution and all graphic settings to the absolute minimum.
    Decreasing the resolution changes absolutely nothing for the Main Menu load, which proves this is a broken UI/engine rendering loop on your end, not a hardware bottleneck. Please pass this information to the dev team so they can fix whatever is broken in those specific menu screens.
